What is Web API

FotoTagger Web API is a tool for Web developers who want to use capabilities of the FotoTagger image annotation technology in their applications.

FotoTagger Web API enables independent developers to view pictures annotated with FotoTagger on Websites. By using Web API, developers can extract tags from the pictures and display them on Web pages. All tags will keep their original positioning defined by an annotation author.

Annotations can be easily hidden in a mouse click so an original view of a picture can be accessed with ease.

To store annotations, FotoTagger uses FotoML, an XML-based photo annotation format developed by Cogitum.
